Client overview.

Kunal Enterprises began with a simple belief: every great space starts with the right material. From the very beginning, the business was built on three pillars — Quality, Reliability, and Trust — supplying homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and architects from a single Hyderabad destination.

Tagline: “Top interior brands, one destination.”

The challenge.

A 20+ brand portfolio across seven product categories was hard to communicate in catalogues, harder over phone, and impossible without showing up at the showroom. Every enquiry meant a call to confirm whether a brand was even carried — long before any conversation about price, finish, or availability could begin.

The brief: build a single online destination that lets every customer segment — homeowner, designer, contractor, architect — browse the full catalog by brand and category, see real testimonials, and reach the team with one tap.

Research findings.

We spoke with the showroom team, repeat clients, and walk-ins. Six pain points came up again and again:

01

Brand discovery

Customers didn’t know which premium brands Kunal carried. Every enquiry started with “do you have X?”

02

Catalog depth

Seven categories × 20+ brands × multiple SKUs each — way too much for a printed sheet.

03

Trust signal gap

First-time buyers wanted proof — testimonials, photos, real reviews — before booking a site visit.

04

Mobile reality

Most enquiries land from a phone on a site or in a showroom. Desktop-first design wasn’t enough.

05

Slow enquiry path

Generic contact forms slowed the conversation. Customers wanted WhatsApp and phone, not a ticket.

06

Audience mix

Homeowner, designer, contractor, architect — each speaks a different language and expects different proof.

Project goals.

Three north-star goals shaped every design and engineering decision:

Goal 01

One destination

Surface every brand and product family in a navigable taxonomy — no “do you carry X?” calls.

Goal 02

Enquiry-first

Put WhatsApp, phone, and an email form one tap from every page — with hours visible.

Goal 03

Segmented trust

Testimonials from homeowners, designers, contractors, and architects so each visitor sees someone like them.

User flow.

Five steps from landing on the homepage to an enquiry in the team’s WhatsApp inbox.

UX direction

Catalog-first, enquiry-always.

Mega-menu taxonomy on desktop, accordion on mobile. Each brand gets its own landing block with imagery and short context. Phone, WhatsApp, and email always within thumb reach — never more than one tap away. Hours and contact windows are spelled out so customers never wonder if anyone is on the other end.

UI direction

A calm, material-led visual system.

Green and cream palette that nods to natural materials. Product imagery does the heavy lifting; typography stays restrained. A reusable component library — brand cards, testimonial cards, contact blocks, slider sections — lets the team add new brands without designer time.

Execution — features.

The shipped site turns “do you carry X?” into a self-serve catalog with an enquiry never more than one tap away.

Brand mega-menu

Category → brand → product family. Every plywood, MDF, board, veneer, and laminate brand is one hover away.

Brand landing blocks

Dedicated section per brand: imagery, finishes, product families, and context — so each label gets a real shelf.

One-tap WhatsApp

Floating WhatsApp button + tap-to-call phone CTAs on every page. Hours and availability are visible alongside.

Inline enquiry form

First name + email + message — minimum friction. Lands in the team inbox with brand + page context attached.

Segmented testimonials

Reviews from homeowners, designers, contractors, and architects — rotated on the homepage so every visitor sees themselves.

Catalog search

Find a brand, finish, or category in one query — with quick links to the matching landing blocks.

Mobile-first build

Designed thumb-up from the start. Fast page loads on 4G, sticky enquiry bar on small screens.

Self-serve CMS

WordPress backend lets the team add brands, swap imagery, and post articles without touching code.

SEO foundation

Brand + category landing pages for “plywood Hyderabad,” “laminate dealer Hyderabad,” and every brand keyword that matters.

Results & outcomes.

Designers and dealers now self-serve product information; the showroom team spends less time answering “do you carry X?” calls and more time closing real conversations. Enquiries land via WhatsApp with the brand and page already attached, so follow-ups are faster and more relevant.

What clients say.

“S3A turned our 20+ brand portfolio into a website our customers actually browse before they call. The catalog is easy to keep updated, enquiries now land straight on WhatsApp with the brand attached, and we look as premium online as the materials we stock. A team that understood our business and delivered exactly what we needed.”
